The C-S  oil co unit uses a reversible exhaust flow steel boiler to optimally exploit its thermal energy, keeping the NOx (oxides of nitrogen) very low. This is achieved by the excellent combination of OSCAR’s oil-burning expertise and the most important construction companies abroad, such as Italian RIELLO with the most modern RDB series burners, GRUNDFOS Denmark with the latest ErP circulators and others.

The oil boilers reversed exhaust flow, with excellent design and construction geometry based on good reception of all available heat from the boiler exhaust gas. This is done through the design of the boiler which generates three exhaust routes. The exhaust gas after the initial output from the boiler is raised to the top of the apparatus to enter the specially designed stainless heat exchanger for further heat utilization of energy contained.

As a result of all the above, the efficiency of the compact unit C-S is higher than 106% (see relevant tables and explanations).

The C-S condensing unit is intended exclusively for inside heating and hot water production using heating oil (light oil).

The C-S unit is composed by :

• Steel boiler, ST37, with reversed flame and  three exhaust routes.

In the third route there are nine (9) vortexers.

The geometric dimensions of the boiler and the combustion chamber with large heat exchange surfaces, ensure high system efficiency (> 98%) with particularly low pollutants (CO, NOx), making the CS unit top quality product in Greek and European markets.

• Italian RIELLO Burner, RDB 1 BF model, with air preheating, insulated with its housing.

The burner is pre-set and wired, ready to receive electricity. Final unit setup is a routine case for every experienced technician.

• ErP, inverter, GRUNDFOS Denmark, top model in Europe, for even more energy saving.

• Stainless steel heat exchanger made of 316L stainless steel. The special design of the unit’s heat exchanger, combined with the excellent construction materials, ensure the highest degree of  efficiency in the unit and thus the maximum fuel economy.

The C-eco range, not unfairly, is considered top of the range in the European market.

The C-S 28 compact  unit is supplied with a wired and pre-set burner ready to receive power. This greatly facilitates the role of licensed liquid fuel technicians, the presence of which is required in accordance with the European legislation for the first ignition of the system and the delivery to you of the combustion certificate.
